Dialup Instructions - Select Your Operating System
  1. Click on START, then click on CONTROL PANEL
  2. Click on NETWORK AND INTERNET
  3. Click on NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER
  4. Click on SET UP A CONNECTION OR NETWORK
  5. Click on SET UP A DIAL-UP CONNECTION, then click on NEXT
  6. If you have more than one modem installed, select which modem you want to use from the list, then click on NEXT
  7. Enter the entire telephone number above for the DIAL-UP PHONE NUMBER
  8. Enter your username on the USER NAME line
  9. Enter your password on the PASSWORD line
  10. Enter the phrase “eNet” for the CONNECTION NAME
  11. Make sure that you phone line is properly connected to your computer, then click on CONNECT
  12. Once successfully connected, click on BROWSE THE INTERNET NOW
To connect in the future, click on START, CONNECT TO, eNet, then CONNECT
  1. Click on START, then click on CONTROL PANEL
  2. Click on NETWORK AND INTERNET CONNECTIONS (if you do not see this option, double-click on NETWORK CONNECTIONS and then skip to Step 4)
  3. Click on NETWORK CONNECTIONS
  4. Click on CREATE A NEW CONNECTION
  5. After the New Connection Wizard appears, click on NEXT
  6. Click the button next to CONNECT TO THE INTERNET, then click on NEXT
  7. Click the button next to SET UP MY CONNECTION MANUALLY, then click on NEXT
  8. Click the button next to CONNECT USING A DIAL-UP MODEM, then click on NEXT
  9. If you have more than one modem installed, select which modem you want to use from the list, then click on NEXT
  10. Enter the phrase “eNet” for the ISP NAME, then click on NEXT
  11. Leaving the area code field blank, enter the entire telephone number above for the PHONE NUMBER, then click on NEXT
  12. Enter your username on the USER NAME line
  13. Enter your password on the PASSWORD line
  14. Re-enter your password on the CONFIRM PASSWORD line
  15. Make sure there is a check in the box next to USE THIS ACCOUNT NAME AND PASSWORD WHEN ANYONE CONNECTS TO THE INTERNET FROM THIS COMPUTER
  16. Make sure there is a check in the box next to MAKE THIS THE DEFAULT INTERNET CONNECTION, then click on NEXT
  17. Make sure there is a check in the box next to ADD A SHORTCUT TO THIS CONNECTION TO MY DESKTOP, then click on FINISH
  18. Close all windows to return to the Desktop
  1. Double-click on MY COMPUTER
  2. Double-click on CONTROL PANEL
  3. Double-click on DIAL-UP NETWORKING
  4. Double-click on MAKE NEW CONNECTION
  5. Erase the phrase “MY CONNECTION” and replace with the phrase “eNet”, then click on NEXT
  6. Leaving AREA CODE field blank, enter the entire telephone number above for the TELEPHONE NUMBER, then click on NEXT
  7. Click on FINISH
  8. Right-click on the eNet icon, then click on PROPERTIES
  9. Remove the check from USE AREA CODE AND DIALING PROPERTIES, then click on OK
  10. Right-click on the eNet icon, then click on CREATE SHORTCUT, then click on YES
  11. Close the DIAL-UP NETWORKING window to return to the Desktop
  1. Double-click on MY COMPUTER
  2. Double-click on DIAL-UP NETWORKING
  3. Double-click on MAKE NEW CONNECTION
  4. Erase the phrase “MY CONNECTION” and replace with the phrase “eNet”, then click on NEXT
  5. Leaving AREA CODE field blank, enter the entire telephone number above for the TELEPHONE NUMBER, then click on NEXT
  6. Click on FINISH
  7. Right-click on the eNet icon, then click on PROPERTIES
  8. Remove the check from USE AREA CODE AND DIALING PROPERTIES
  9. Click on the SERVER TYPES tab
  10. Remove the check from LOG ON TO NETWORK
  11. Remove the check from NETBEUI
  12. Remove the check from IPX/SPX, then click on OK
  13. Right-click on the eNet icon, then click on CREATE SHORTCUT, then click on YES
  14. Close the DIAL-UP NETWORKING window to return to the Desktop

  1. Click on START, then click on WINDOWS MAIL
  2. If any error windows appear, close them
  3. Click on TOOLS
  4. Click on ACCOUNTS
  5. Click on ADD
  6. Click on E-MAIL ACCOUNT, then click on NEXT
  7. Type your full name, then click on NEXT
  8. Type your Koyote e-mail address, then click on NEXT
  9. On the middle line (which is the first long line), type MAIL.MYENET.COM
  10. On the bottom line, type MAIL.MYENET.COM
  11. Put a check in the box that says OUTGOING SERVER REQUIRES AUTHENTICATION
  12. Click on NEXT
  13. Confirm that the ACCOUNT NAME is correct – the entire email address is required
  14. Enter your password on the PASSWORD line
  15. Click on NEXT
  16. Click on FINISH
  17. Click on CLOSE
  18. Close WINDOWS MAIL to return to the Desktop
  1. Double-click on the OUTLOOK EXPRESS icon
  2. If any error windows appear, close them
  3. Click on TOOLS
  4. Click on ACCOUNTS
  5. If the MAIL tab is not already selected, click on the MAIL tab
  6. Click on ADD, then click on MAIL
  7. Type your full name, then click on NEXT
  8. Type your Koyote e-mail address, then click on NEXT
  9. On the middle line (which is the first long line), type MAIL.MYENET.COM
  10. On the bottom line, type MAIL.MYENET.COM
  11. Click on NEXT

  13. Enter your password on the PASSWORD line
